Rajasthan is a colourful state of India- It is endowed with exquisite Forts and Palaces, rich cultural and traditional heritage, wonderful people famous for their hospitality and much to see and experience.

The tour has been designed such that one can cover all the famous destinations of Rajasthan. It not only enables one to visit only the historical monuments but also gives an ample opportunity to interact with the local crowd, visit the local markets, and witness the lifestyle of the people of this lovely state. The daily sight seeing activities have been so scheduled that one does not end up with a tiring day. Enough time has been allocated for leisure activities and shopping around. The train journeys in the tour also give you an opportunity to enjoy and experience India more closely. Car drives between the destinations maintain very clam and smooth flow. The drives will give a chance to enjoy the beautiful countryside and colourful people of Rajasthan. The special attraction of the tour is the night camping and the camel safari at the sand dunes of Jaisalmer.

 

Day 1 – Delhi

Arrival and you will be received & assisted at the airport by our representative and then transferred to the Hotel. Over night at the hotel.

Day 2 – Delhi

In the morning proceed for sightseeing of old and new Delhi which includes Red fort, Qutub Minar Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate and President’s House.

Day 3 – Agra

Early in the morning you will be transferred to the railway station to board the train Shtabdi Express for Agra. You will be received by our representative at Agra railway station and transferred to your hotel. After check-in proceed for full day sight seeing which includes The Magnificent Taj and Agra Fort.

Day 4 – Jaipur

In the morning drive to Jaipur- The Pink City. En-route visit Fathepur Sikri- the first planed city in Indo Islamic architecture built by Emperor Akbar. On arrival at Jaipur check-in the hotel.

Day 5 – Jaipur

In the morning proceed for full day sight seeing of this pink city and visit the Huge Amber Fort on the Elephant’s back, magnificent City Palace and Jantar Mantar (an observatory made by astronomer king Jai Sing). Enjoy the Spicy Rajasthani dinner in the evening at a village farmhouse along with the exciting Rajasthani folkdances.

 

Day 6 – Jaipur

The day at leisure. Evening free to shop around the illuminated markets of this pink city. Later you be transferred to the railway station to board the train for Udaipur.

Day 7 – Udaipur

Arrival Udaipur in the morning. You will be received by our representative at the Railway station and transferred to the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening enjoy the romantic Boat ride over the lake Pichhola. Optional dinner at the Lake Palace.

Day 8 – Udaipur

After the leisurely morning move out to see the Magnificent City Palace which is an architectural marvel towering over the lake on a hill. We shall visit Saheliyon –ki-bari (the garden of maids of honour with numerous fountains which shows the unique life style of the royal ladies who once strolled here. Evening at leisure to walk down the beautiful narrow streets and see the colorful art and culture of the city. Optional dinner at the Lake Palace.

Day 9 – Chittorgarh

After the leisurely morning proceed for an excursion to Chittorgarh fort the famous glorious fort of its kind, situated at height of 1338 ft. S.L. Images of love and valour; scars of battles lost and won … thrice –beseiged, Chittaurgarh Fort is all this and more. Moving legends of honour and pride will echo in your mind as you proceed into the fort.

Day 10 – Mt Abu

Morning at leisure later drive to Mt. Abu-Rajasthan’s only hill destination and pilgrimage center, en-route visit Ranakpur (80 Km from Udaipur) to see the 500 years old uniquely carved Jain temples which are made-up of white marble and are situated in a quite and picturesque valley which runs into western slopes of Aravellis hills.

Day 11 : Mt Abu

Morning at leisure and then move out for sight seeing of world famous Dilwara Jain temples, built between 11th and 13th centuries and dedicated to the first Tirthankar. It is a superb example of temple architecture. Evening boat ride at the Nakki lake. Over night at the hotel.

Day 12 – Jodhpur

Morning at leisure later drive to Jodhpur -the blue city. Check-in the hotel. Evening at leisure. Optional Dinner at the Glorious Ummaid Bhawan Palace.

Day 13 – Jodhpur

Morning at leisure and then we proceed for the sight seeing of this historical city, which includes the massive Mehrangarh fort , Jaswant Thada (a collection of royal cenotaphs) and the marvelous Ummaid Bhawan Palace.

Day 14 – Jaisalmer

In the morning drive to Jaisalmer- the city that rises from the heart of the Thar Desert like a golden mirage. On arrival proceed for the ‘Sam Sand Dunes” the perfect place to enjoy & experience a desert life. Enjoy the sun set on the back of Camel & experience the night campaigning in the desert.

 

Day 15 : Jaisalmer

Morning drive to Jaisalmer and check-in the hotel. Later move out for the sight seeing which includes the golden-hued Jaisalmer fort, Nathmaji ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli, Salim singh ki Haveli. Evening to explore the old streets of Jaisalmer.

Day 16: Jodhpur -Train to Delhi

Morning at leisure and then we shall proceed for Jodhpur to board the train for Delhi. Over night train journey.

Day 17 – Departure

You will be received at the railway station and transferred to the hotel. The day at leisure. At an appropriate time you will be transferred to the international airport to board the flight for your onward journey. The tour Ends.
